Chia mix (pepper, cloves, cinammon, cardammon, ginger)

Scones
Oven @ 220C/425F
2 cups self-raising flour
2 tsp baking power
1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine (eg. Nuttalex)
2 tbls castor sugar + tiny pinch salt (+ vanilla essence)
2/3 cup milk

Sift together flour and baking power. Rub marg into flour mix with fingers until like breadcrumbs. Mix in sugar, salt and vanilla essence. Stir into a dough ball, make sure not too sticky (if so add a little more flour). Take little balls from the dough and place onto greased/grease paper lined bake tray. Glaze tops with a little soy milk. Bake for about 15mins until golden on top. Remove, let cool a bit.

!Eat! with jam, golden syrup, more nuttalex, veg*n cream (or other yum combos).
